Afex Jobs Saudi Arabia 2022 Full Job Description
Manage and Execute all aspects of the business to achieve market share and solid profitability with an emphasis on meeting customer requirements
Responsible for managing and supporting all sales activities, including pricing / tenders / budgets.
Maintain close contact with key clients throughout the Kingdom Develop good relationships with shipping lines, truckers, ports etc and negotiate local and export rates from these vendors
Improve and control all operational procedures to ensure a quality service and a high level of customer satisfaction
Manage the team on a daily basis, set department & employee goals, drive efficiencies, and monitor outcomes through regular assessment of KPI’s and results
-Work with the carriers on procurement activities and issues, handling carrier relations, monitor capacity vs. supply, negotiate capacity and spot rates, resolve various service issues and leverage carrier relations to drive performance.
X Support Business Development in customer sales activities, ensure that pricing and contract terms result in solid profit margins
X Costing and pricing: update pricing systems, establish sell rates for customers, specify routing, conduct margin analysis by customer and trade lane.
X Process & procedure development/compliance
X Data quality in all systems (e.g. E2K). Ensure compliance to existing KPIs
X Budgeting/financial administration and functional administration. Prepare the department budget and business plan X Organize the functional department and work breakdown to maximize the productivity and quality results
X Staff management including day to day supervision, career development, staffing, performance management and organizational development
Desired Candidate Profile
5-10 Years Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in a relative field (Supply Chain, Logistics…etc)
English Mastery
Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia
