Job Purpose
- Responsible of booking and closing the batch cards and maintaining them in the archive.
- Responsible of maintaining the batch cycle time file and sharing the report
- Responsible of updating the Chromascan progress on a daily basis.
- Responsible of raising PR/GRNR and stock maintaining.
- Responsible of making Production volume report, yield loss, slob spread sheet update, OEE daily calculation, performance dashboard update, BBS updates and RCCP Checking twice a week
- Responsible of maintaining training records and local files storing as per ISO requirement.
Key Accountabilities
1. Health and Safety
- To ensure to follows Life Saving Rules (LSR’s) all the time
2. Production
- Booking and closing the batch cards.
- Maintaining the batch cycle time file.
- Updating the Chromascan progress on a daily basis.
- Raising PR/GRNR and stock maintaining.
- GRN NPR (Transportation + Air fright).
- Production volume report.
- Yield loss update.
- Sob spread sheet update.
- Batch cards, training records and local files storing as per ISO requirement.
- RCCP Checking.
- Performance dashboard update
- OEE daily calculation
- BBS updates
3. ALPS
- To Ensure LSW compliance is > 75%
Requirements
- Secondary school education or equivalent.
- Effective communication in English, including writing, speaking and Interpersonal communication.
- Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-On experience in SAP PP/LE, MS Excel/Power point and Word.
- Should also possess, analytical, time management and customer service skills
