• Strong understanding of systems of records schema (ERP, SCM, etc.), and the modern principles of deployment that govern its relationship with systems of actions (service layer) Systems of Records/Action/ Engagement/Insights categorization of business systems.
• Strong understanding of low-code technology use cases for service automation, service management and digital applications production.
• Strong understanding of monolithic code issues and how to overcome such issues by better coding practices and how to embed security by design. Strong knowledge of the solution that enable inspect the health of the code.
• Strong understanding of how to unlock monolithic architecture into the right sizing of micro-services. This should be coupled of how to understand the workload requirements of specific services and functions in order to migrate such workloads into modern workload engines while keeping the minimum viable layer of the monolithic.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD requirements for various legacy and modern scenarios. This knowledge should be accompanied with strong understanding of eminent devsecop tools available in the market. This knowledge should extend to understand the requirements to evolve a digital factory culture and the right usage of devops and anti devops practices to ensure smooth transformation from classical to modern operations setups.
• Strong Knowledge of SAFe is Scaled Agility Framework
• Strong understanding of cloud native technologies including the requirements for containerization, kubernetes and multi cloud management.
• Strong understanding of the functional capabilities of available cloud native open source technologies such as : Kafka, confluent, sparks, etc.
• Strong understanding of modern hybrid architectures, and the treatment schemes of data sovereignty. Knowledge should bridge understanding to the functional capabilities of solutions of eminent technology providers such as Microsoft and google on prime and cloud solutions and services.
• Strong understanding of the prime cloud services offered by eminent cloud providers such as Microsoft, Google and AWS
• Strong understanding of cloud migration planning. Knowledge should extend to understanding of available tooling and apps that help in discovering functional and services dependencies.
• Strong understanding of the SDN and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts. This knowledge is coupled with the classical knowledge of infrastructure architecture of VM and datacenter s technologies.
• Strong understanding of modern integration platforms (IPaaS) and API management tools. This understanding should extend to include knowledge of available solutions functional capabilities from eminent technology providers such as informatics, TIPCO, mulesoft, IBM as examples
• Strong understanding for data platforms including data governance, data management, data HDFS use cases and Object data lakes requirements and usage. Understanding should extend to knowledge of available capabilities of on-prim and cloud solutions available from technology leaders such as informatica and Microsoft.
• The full capability to understand the IT governance requirements and necessary associated policies and controls covering data, security and COBIT. The MAE should have the understanding of how events logs, issues and risks can be used to enrich the set of polices through a continuous lifecycle management practice. Strong Knowledge of available tools for GRC and Risk Management is needed to realize the needed functional capabilities from a requirements perspective.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
• Certification in cloud architectures from one or more cloud service providers (Microsoft, Google, AWS) is a must
• Certification in generic cloud architectures is appreciated as a specialized course or courses throughout a university course with lab-evidence
• Certification in software engineering is a must
• Experience in cloud solutions architectures from a pre-sales perspective is appreciated
• Strong knowledge of programming languages is appreciated such as YAML and Java, JavaScript. Though post is not mandating specialized knowledge of programming language.
