About The Role

Foodics is looking to hire an Information Security Manager Reporting to be reporting directly to the Direcor of Digital Enablement-KSA.
The Information Security Manager will be responsible for information security strategy, initiatives and improvements, development, implementation and maintenance of information security in alignment to policies, standards, frameworks and security services. If you are someone who has solid experience in IT Security, seasoned, meticulous Information Security expert and would like to play an instrumental role in the success of our organization as a whole, we are looking for YOU!
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop & contribute to the ongoing information security strategy, initiatives and improvements development, implementation and maintenance of information security in alignment to policies, standards, frameworks and security services.
• Serves as an Information Security subject matter expert and participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of information security.
• Follow all risk remediation protocols to ensure issues are mitigated, risks are accounted for and exceptions are tracked in accordance with frameworks, policies, and standards set by the organization & regulatory bodies.
• Lead the development & implementation of the corporate information security data protection and privacy policies across the business.
• Plan and manage the network certification and accreditation processes in direct collaboration with internal stakeholders along with external auditors and certification bodies.
• Ensures regulatory compliance activities for Data Privacy and security data protection across the Organization in addition to policies and information security tools and services
• Develop an understanding of business goals and reframe risk discussions in business terms.
• Drives forward yearly information security risk assessments across the organization.
• Constructively engage business partners regarding information security issues increase awareness and improve culture in addition to advising BU leaders on risk issues related to information security and recommends actions in support of the BU wider risk management and compliance programs.
• Establish risk ownership and accountability within the organization.
• Manages quality control and reporting.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.
• Minimum of at least 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role capacity.
• Experience in working with cyber security and privacy protection regulations.
• Experience working in fast-growing Fintech companies (preferred).
• Skilled in consultancy, risk management, solution design, and issue resolution.
• Expert knowledge in IT security best practices and solutions.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure.
• Understanding of log analysis and security forensics.
• Experience in working with cyber security and privacy protection regulations.
