Develop and sustain solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers. • Analyze customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services. • Provide insight into product development and competitive positioning. • Analyze financial data and develop effective strategies to reduce business costs and increase company profits. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. • Collaborate with company executives to determine the most viable, costeffective approach to pursue new business opportunities. • Meet with potential investors to present company offerings and negotiate business deals. (2-3 meetings per week). • Maintain all meetings and appointments outside of Jadarah headquarters (Coordinate transportation accordingly). • Analyze current and past financial data and providing strategies to cut costs and increase revenue. • Work with executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities. • Encourage new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals. • Track expenses and maintain the company budget. • Ensure that the company meets revenue targets. • Develop and pitch ideas for potential investors. • Analyze the current and past budgets, expenses, sales, revenues and product deficiencies in order to provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution. • Explain prospective clients about the advantages of services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals. • Respond to the client queries regarding the services in a timely manner. • Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects and presentations. • Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities. • Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization. • Determine cross-selling opportunities among different offices. • Supervise the client relationship management database and utilize it to manage customer contacts and mailing lists. Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree Related to Marketing or Business. • 2-3 years of experience in similar position. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Track record of consistently achieving quota in past positions. • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills • Strong communication skills in both Arabic & English and networking abilities. • Excellent customer service skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Valid driver’s license is preferred..
