Project Scope:
- To provide a rigorous Public Health Data Strategy to support the client in selecting the required public health tools, processes, and regulations to allow achieve its mission and vision as a data-driven organization.
Objectives:
Develop Public Health Data Strategy that:
- Enables to have evidence-based decision-making system.
- Provide a scalable Public Health Repository Hub able to host health information exchange with all relevant institutes.
- Meet national & international quality control measures and standards.
- Setting the standards for IT and BI to promote ease-of-use and future expansion.
- Help establishment of Data Management Office (DMO).
Scope of Work:
- The Data Scientist is expected to support development of public health Data Strategy that is consistent with client’s overall mission and vision and meet the future needs.
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
- Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources.
- Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data, and Design teams to assist with data-related technical issues and support their data infrastructure needs.
- Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of business strategies.
- Experience working with and creating data architectures.
- Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams
Experience required:
- Experience creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.
Qualification requirement:
- University degree in data science or equivalent
- 7 years with experience in similar projects
