1- Develop and implement high profile visitation strategies and protocol for the Center.
2- Develop high profile visitation operating plan for different types of high profile visitors, such as government and corporate officials, opinion leaders and international guests.
3- Coordinate with other Saudi Aramco Affairs departments in order to coordinate visa issuance if needed.
4- Coordinate with other Saudi Aramco support services departments such as commercial and company airlines, transportation, photographers, accommodation, security clearance, name tags, etc.
5- Develop policies and procedures. Plan, organize, direct and control daily activities related to high profile visitation and protocol.
6- Manage protocol meet and greet teams to ensure the visitor journey into and around the venue is smooth, welcoming and safe.
7- Ensure all protocol staff and deployed volunteers are fully inducted, trained and competent.
8- Work collaboratively with other Center departments and external agencies to communicate and coordinate high profile visitor s tour guides.

3-Acts as a role model and coach while developing employees and volunteers using a consistent, approachable demeanor and clearly articulating expectations. Partners and coordinates with other departments to ensure total visitor satisfaction and efficient operations.
The candidate will work within Visitor Services, which includes customer service, registration, ticketing, memberships, cloakrooms, visitor surveys, the call center, tour guides and protocol, crowd management, parking, mobility assistance, public places, the command center, safety, and overall customer-related operations.
