Job Description
- Design and execution of construction buildings low current systems and BMS as per the scope of the project
- Verifying the technical submittals from all the system specialists and reviewing each and every document related to material and technical submittals
- Preparation of sequence of operations and coordinating with consultant
- Arranging technical documents form suppliers and third party
- Develops the required technical shop drawings and technical data.
- Following the approved technical approvals before ordering the material and sending the purchase request to procurement department.
- Submission of documents for material delivered to the consultant.
- Perform site surveys to check the execution as per approved shop drawings
- Analyze solutions for practical limitations at the site and provide best possible way to achieve of hand over of the project on time.
- Collaborate with project teams to have a successful implementation of the project with minimum cost.
- Attending meetings related to project progress.
- Any other job responsibility according to the nature of position.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor of Electronics and Communication Engineering
- Excellent Technical and computer skills
- Years of Experience: 8 – 10 years of construction industry experience preferably in Gulf countries
