Maintains accurate records, files and prepares periodic and special reports. 5. daily report on the Trucks that are under maintenance and determine the time of completion of the maintenance and if it is not done in time, make a note on the reason for the delay 6. Determine the estimated life of each spare part with the workshop management 7. Participates in the diagnosis of complex vehicle failures. 8. Coordinating with the mechanics and assigning the duties. 9. Schedule periodic preventive maintenance and ensure it is completed according to the plan. 10. Monitor vehicle maintenance and repair activities to ensure that all are meet the company’s standards. 11. Determining the replacement of the spare parts that the mechanic requires also determine is there a replacement or repair or there is no need to change. 12. Evaluate the performance of mechanics on a monthly basis and report to the management. 13. Carry out warranty repair negation with the agencies. 14. If required, need to create inspection checklists. 15. Develop new procedures if required.
